This was the first restaurant I worked on with Nud and Chris, helping them leap from street food vendors to permanent bricks and mortar. We wanted to keep the same hand-crafted eclectic style we had in the street food projects but refined for the London restaurant scene. For us, it was so important to create a space that had Breddos' excitement with a hint of home comfort.
